REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
CLARIFICATION TEXT
1. Purpose of the Information Text and Our Company's Position as Data Controller:
Our company, Yufi Design (“Yufi Design” and/or “Company”), has the title of “data controller” within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) in terms of personal data regarding customers, and in accordance with this Information Text and the said Law, Yufi It is aimed to provide clarification about the personal data processing activities carried out by Design.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data of Customers:
Customer personal data, carrying out the necessary work by the business units and carrying out the relevant business processes in order to benefit the relevant people from the products and services offered by Yufi Design, carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units to realize the commercial activities carried out by Yufi Design and carrying out the related business processes, Planning and execution of Yufi Design's commercial and/or business strategies, as specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, including ensuring the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of Yufi Design and relevant persons in business relations with Yufi Design. Personal data is processed within the framework of the processing conditions and purposes. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in Yufi Design's Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data Within the Scope of Law No. 6698.

3. Personal Data to be Processed in Accordance with the Explicit Consent of Customers and Purposes of Processing:
Personal data to be processed in accordance with explicit consent and the purposes of processing are stated in the Consent Text.

4. Transfer of Personal Data of Customers:
Customer personal data, carrying out the necessary work by the business units and carrying out the relevant business processes in order to benefit the relevant people from the products and services offered by Yufi Design, carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units to realize the commercial activities carried out by Yufi Design and carrying out the related business processes, Planning and execution of Yufi Design's commercial and/or business strategies, planning and execution of the activities necessary to ensure the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of Yufi Design and the relevant persons in business relations with Yufi Design, in accordance with the Law. Within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9, it may be shared with Yufi Design Company officials, our affiliates, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and private institutions.

5. Method and Legal Reason for Collection of Personal Data:
Personal data is collected from customers electronically. Personal data collected for the legal reasons stated above can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and this Information Text and, where express consent is required, the Consent Text.

6. Rights of Customers as Personal Data Owners:
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, data owners; (i) learning whether personal data about them is being processed, (ii) requesting information if their personal data has been processed, (iii) learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, (iv) to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad knowing the third parties, (v) requesting the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting that the transaction carried out in this context be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, (vi) Although it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, the reasons requiring processing have been eliminated. to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case of loss of personal data and to request that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, (vii) to object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, and (viii) to comply with the law of personal data. In case of damage due to illegal processing, the Company has the right to demand compensation for the damage.

Requests regarding the use of such rights may be submitted by personal data owners through the methods specified in Yufi Design's Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data within the Scope of Law No. 6698. Yufi Design will evaluate these requests and finalize them within 30 days. Yufi Design reserves the right to charge a fee regarding the requests based on the fee schedule (if any) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Our company, Yufi Design (“Yufi Design” and/or “Company”), has the title of “data controller” within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) in terms of personal data regarding customers, and with this Consent Text, Yufi It is aimed to obtain explicit consent for the personal data processing activities carried out by Design and stated below.

In the following situations where the personal data processing conditions in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be met, explicit consent of customers must be obtained in order for Yufi Design to process personal data. Data processing activities are carried out within the scope of the Clarification Text regarding processes that do not require explicit consent, and in processes that require explicit consent, data is processed in accordance with the basic principles stated in the Clarification Text.

In this context, customers' personal data are processed by Yufi Design for the purposes specified under Section 3 - Article IV of the Policy on Processing and Protection of Personal Data within the Scope of Law No. 6698 and in accordance with the procedure herein. Accordingly, personal data; Creating campaigns for customers, offering Yufi Design customers special opportunities that they can use in Yufi Design by Yufi Design business partners, cross-selling, determining the target audience, carrying out activities that increase user experience by tracking customer movements, ensuring the operation of Yufi Design's website and mobile application. development and personalization according to customer needs, direct and non-direct marketing, carrying out personalized marketing and remarketing activities, carrying out personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis and in-company reporting activities, market research, planning and execution of customer satisfaction activities, Yufi Design's Planning and executing the sales and marketing processes of Yufi Design's products and/or services in general, including the purposes of recommending and promoting the products and services offered to the relevant people by customizing them according to their tastes, usage habits and needs, and planning and executing customer relationship management processes. may be processed in line with the approval given by the Customer within the scope of planning and execution of the processes of establishing and/or increasing loyalty to the products and/or services offered by Yufi Design, and may be shared with the parties specified in the Information Text for these purposes.
